As part of the National PAS WKFA team, you will contribute to diverse projects across industries, gaining well-rounded experience. The People Consulting practice specifically helps organizations place humans at the center of transformation, ensuring the right talent, skills, and cost structures are in place for a competitive advantage.

Engage in organization and workforce transformation initiatives, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. Drive change experience and learning by defining new ways of working, including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration, and facilitating accelerated adoption. Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern talent capabilities. Lead HR transformation projects, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience is required. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal mandates. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.
