This Senior Project Consultant role is part of our National Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. Within EY's People Consulting practice, we assist clients in strategically aligning their human capital with overarching business objectives. By prioritizing the human element in transformation, we empower organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce. Our approach helps clients reimagine their future talent landscape, ensuring they possess the right people with the right skills, in the right positions, and at the optimal cost, thereby transforming their people strategy into a distinct competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities will encompass delivering technical excellence in various aspects of workforce advisory. This includes:

- Developing integrated approaches for organization and workforce transformation, aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. - Applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning & analytics. - Shaping talent strategies and leveraging proprietary EY tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Guiding clients in defining the new Workforce Experience, incorporating Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration methodologies. - Facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience and Digital Learning platforms. - Aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models. - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with a focus on workforce advisory. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to addressing complex issues and problems. - Personal attributes such as agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity. - Comfort working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
