This role as a Senior Project Consultant is part of our National Workforce Advisory team, within People Consulting. We specialize in aligning people strategies with business objectives, placing people at the heart of transformation. Our mission is to help organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent, skills, and cost structures are in place for a competitive advantage.

You will play a pivotal role in various key areas of People Consulting, including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics to align business and workforce strategies. This includes leveraging proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Developing new workforce experiences, implementing Agile and Design Thinking principles, and driving adoption through digitally-enabled change management and learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, fostering innovation, and building modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this Senior Project Consultant role, you should possess:
