As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving strategic alignment between client people agendas and overarching business objectives. - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, and collaborative work models, alongside accelerated adoption through digital tools and platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, optimizing HR strategy, service delivery, and implementing HR cloud technology.
