This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. The National team operates across various industries, providing a diverse and well-rounded experience. You will be instrumental in driving organizational and workforce transformation through an integrated approach. This involves aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Key activities include applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Additionally, you will focus on enhancing Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration. You will drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms. Responsibilities also extend to aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs, and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. You should demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solutions-oriented approach to tackling complex problems is essential.
