This role is part of a dynamic, sector-agnostic team dedicated to aligning people strategies with business objectives. You will be instrumental in driving sustainable change by placing human capital at the center of transformation initiatives.

Drive organizational and workforce transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Enhance the employee experience by defining new ways of working, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change management and learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies. Adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Re-imagine and digitize the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology. Transform employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.

Proven ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
