This Senior Project Consultant role is part of the National Workforce Advisory team, contributing to sector-agnostic projects across diverse industries. You will play a pivotal role in aligning clients' people strategies with their overarching business objectives, driving sustainable change by placing the workforce at the center of transformation initiatives.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence within client engagements. Your responsibilities will involve strategizing and implementing solutions in areas such as:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics to align business and workforce strategies. - Change Experience & Learning: Crafting new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies and digital problem-solving, to accelerate adoption and engagement. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including service delivery models and HR cloud technology.

To excel in this role, you should possess:
