As a Senior Project Consultant, you will engage in critical aspects of People Consulting. Key areas of focus include:

- Driving Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. - Enhancing Change Experience & Learning by guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, including innovative ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and facilitating accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and digital learning platforms. - Shaping Purpose, Culture and Leadership by aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, purposes, and operating models, adapting to evolving customer needs and fostering modern leadership and talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - Leading HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards by reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor of Commerce degree. - A minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in Financial Analysis. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, solution-oriented approach to tackling complex problems and delivering insightful, actionable solutions. - Essential attributes include agility, curiosity, mindfulness, sustained positive energy, adaptability, and creativity.
