This role involves contributing to national initiatives within the People Advisory Services (PAS) sector, specifically focusing on Workforce and Analytics (WKFA). Deliver technical excellence by applying core consulting methodologies to support client engagements and project execution. Analyze business requirements, structure complex problems, and develop practical, data-driven recommendations. Prepare accurate documentation, analyses, and presentations to support consulting deliverables. Coordinate project activities, track key milestones, and ensure the timely completion of assigned workstreams. Contribute to solution design and provide implementation support, demonstrating a strong understanding of professional consulting practices.

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions is essential.
