As part of the People Consulting team, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing Humans@Center of transformation. Your expertise will guide organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills in the right roles at the optimal cost. This transforms people strategy into a competitive advantage.

The key areas of focus include Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. You'll leverage proprietary tools and innovative methodologies to reimagine and digitize HR functions, enhance employee experience, and align leadership and cultural programs with business strategy.

- Drive technical excellence in project delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments. - Adhere to commercial and legal requirements in all engagements. - Apply a practical approach to problem-solving and deliver insightful, actionable solutions. - Engage in scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Develop and implement talent strategies using EY's proprietary tools. - Design and deliver new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies and Design Thinking. - Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change initiatives. - Define and implement modern leadership and talent capabilities. - Re-imagine and digitize HR functions, including HR strategy and service delivery models. - Transform employee policies and rewards to align with business objectives.

To excel in this role, you must possess:

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Backend Development. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Frontend Development. - A minimum of 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
