This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team, focusing on sector-agnostic projects across various industries. Within EY's People Consulting practice, you'll help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, placing people at the heart of transformation. Our approach empowers organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring the right talent with the right skills is in the right roles, turning people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Execute and deliver PAS WKFA engagements using core consulting methodologies. Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project inputs. Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, and maintain accurate documentation. Support data gathering, validation, and reporting for informed project decisions. Apply standard consulting tools and frameworks to ensure engagement quality and consistency. Provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems.

Bachelor of Business Administration is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations is essential. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide services across diverse client departments. Possess a practical, problem-solving approach to complex issues. Demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the ability to maintain positive energy. Adaptable and creative in approach.
