Spearhead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles. Lead and mentor a team of two, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Effectively manage stakeholders to align hiring needs, priorities, and schedules across various business units. Maintain excellent communication to facilitate smooth interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Apply a hands-on understanding of consulting and recruitment workflows to support efficient and structured hiring delivery.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. We seek individuals adept at collaborative work, capable of delivering services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
