This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC TALENT team in Gurgaon.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for both technical and non-technical roles. Lead and coordinate a team of two members, supporting execution and reporting to the TA Manager. Effectively manage stakeholders to align hiring requirements, priorities, and timelines with business teams. Utilize excellent communication skills to manage interactions with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams throughout the hiring process. Apply hands-on understanding of general consulting and recruitment workflows to support efficient and structured hiring delivery.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Graduate qualification and have at least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition. We are seeking individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions, and adaptability are essential.
