The Senior Project Consultant role within the National PAS WKFA CNS-PC Talent team in Bangalore focuses on strategically aligning clients' people agenda with their business objectives. This involves placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through an empowered workforce. Key areas of engagement include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital transformation, problem-solving, and collaboration. Accelerate adoption through digitally-enabled change experiences tracked via Change Insights and digital learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, purpose, and operating models to adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership capabilities for efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to meet business and individual objectives.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and at least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
