This Senior Project Consultant role is instrumental in driving HR Transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping, configuring, and enhancing the technology underpinning Talent Acquisition and Talent Mobility processes.

The core objectives include accelerating the hiring process, making it smarter and fairer, significantly improving the experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Furthermore, you will enable seamless internal talent mobility through integrated TA platforms, a unified skill ontology/master, and the application of responsible AI.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cloud Architecture.
