As a Senior Project Consultant, you will contribute to key areas including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining the new Workforce Experience, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration, alongside accelerated adoption through digital change experiences and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - Adaptability, creativity, curiosity, and a positive, energetic mindset.
