Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, utilizing capabilities such as scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning.

Drive Change Experience & Learning programs, defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digital solutions.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including re-imagining and digitizing HR functions and transforming employee policies.

A Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis is necessary.
