As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence within our People Consulting practice. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality R2R (Record to Report) solutions and financial analysis to our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to provide strategic insights and practical solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial and legal requirements.

Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Collaboration) and accelerating adoption through digital change management platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you must possess a "Bachelor of Commerce" (B.Com) degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience as an R2R Analyst. A strong background in "Financial Analysis" with over 3 years of experience is essential.
