This role involves providing expert consultation in areas such as Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. You will engage in scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leveraging proprietary EY tools. The position also entails defining new Workforce Experiences, driving accelerated adoption through digital solutions, aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategies, and re-imagining and digitizing the HR function.

To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis is essential. We are looking for individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful solutions, and strong collaborative skills. Adaptability, creativity, and a positive, energetic demeanor are key attributes. You should be able to work effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
