As a Senior Project Consultant, you will lead end-to-end delivery for finance processes, ensuring service level agreements, quality, and timeliness. Your responsibilities include developing operating plans, monitoring performance through KPIs, and managing resources effectively across business cycles. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks. You will also build trusted relationships with stakeholders, act as a change leader during transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
