EY Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Consultant with expertise in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) and Finance Consulting. This role focuses on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term client value by solving strategic problems. The position involves working with clients to reimagine business models, manage costs, respond to market pressures, and resolve operational challenges within finance and business transformation.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of finance processes and portfolios. Your responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, planning resources effectively across business cycles, and leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A.

You will ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust process documentation and identifying risks proactively. A key aspect of this role involves driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering with technology and business teams on transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance reviews, and act as a change leader, while also leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, demonstrating a practical, agile, and creative approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions.
