As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be responsible for translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing capacity, and defining service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring high standards of service, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key duties include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and planning resources effectively. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing critical functions like general ledger management, invoice processing, cash application, and financial planning. Ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation and managing financial risks, will be paramount.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement through data and process insights. Collaborating with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is essential. Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are core aspects of this role.
