This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) Business Consulting PI-CNS practice, based in New Delhi. We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, drive agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence. Our consulting services help create compelling experiences, manage risk, and pursue M&A strategies that transform businesses into future leaders.

Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Oversee controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.

Spearhead transformation initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity. Partner with technology and business teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Foster a strong controls and compliance culture. Build trusted relationships with various stakeholders including finance, operations, technology, and external auditors. Act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Bring 5-8 years of professional experience in business consulting, with a focus on finance transformation and performance improvement.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
