This Senior Project Consultant role is within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice in New Delhi. You will help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform operations, and achieve enterprise-wide excellence. The role also involves working within CNS - BC - FINANCE, focusing on business transformation, finance consulting, and operational improvements to drive long-term client value.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage end-to-end delivery for finance processes, and monitor performance using KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and internal controls is crucial. You will drive process simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology and business teams for successful transformations. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders and acting as a change leader are key aspects of this role, alongside leading and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful solutions in a collaborative environment.
