As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be pivotal in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance through KPIs, leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, and ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partner with technology teams for system implementations, and embed scalable ways of working. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of relevant experience and hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are looking for individuals with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach coupled with the ability to deliver insightful solutions is essential. Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and a creative, adaptable approach to challenges. An understanding of TMT industry dynamics and finance consulting principles is highly valued.
