This Senior Project Consultant role is within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically within the CNS - BC - FINANCE domain. The TMT industry is undergoing rapid transformation, presenting both challenges and opportunities for growth and innovation. Our Business Consulting team tackles challenges in business transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations, supporting complex program and portfolio management. We aim to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges through deep functional expertise.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, capacity requirements, and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and root-cause analysis, you will provide transparent updates to leadership. You'll also lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. Driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio will be key. You'll partner with stakeholders across various departments, facilitating governance reviews, resolving escalations, and acting as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive team is also a core responsibility.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals with a collaborative approach, able to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
