As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service delivery objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include: - Monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing action plans. - Leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. - Driving simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across finance functions. - Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. - Building strong stakeholder relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients. - Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience. We are looking for individuals with a practical, problem-solving approach, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
