The role involves deep engagement in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations, solving complex, large-scale program and portfolio management challenges.

Key responsibilities include translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with a focus on service levels, quality, and timeliness. You will own critical finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

This role demands proactive management of controls, compliance, and risk, ensuring adherence to policies and accounting standards. You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Effective stakeholder and change management are crucial for building trusted relationships and leading transformations.

We are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of professional experience and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
