As a Senior Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, service objectives, and team goals. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring high standards of service, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitoring operational performance through KPIs and conducting root-cause analysis will be key. You will lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. You will maintain robust process documentation and proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks. A significant part of this role involves driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, utilizing data insights to enhance customer experience. You will also partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Furthermore, you will build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Acting as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations is crucial. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that supports engagement and professional growth.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of professional experience in business consulting, finance, or a related field.
