As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals. You will oversee end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Your responsibilities include monitoring performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership.

You will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards. A key aspect of your role will be to drive simplification, standardization, and automation, identifying opportunities for improvement through data and process insights. You will also partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

We are seeking individuals with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of professional experience. Candidates should possess a strong ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, along with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
