This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional value for our clients. You will be instrumental in transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation, addressing their most complex challenges and creating long-term value.

Translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining capacity requirements, service objectives, and team goals. Own the end-to-end delivery of finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Monitor operational performance using key KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement action plans. Plan resources effectively across business cycles, including peak periods, transitions, and transformation initiatives. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, complemented by 5-8 years of relevant professional experience. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions in a collaborative environment.
