Lead end-to-end delivery of finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness are met. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates.

Manage key finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust process documentation and identifying financial risks.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across finance functions. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a change leader.
