We are seeking a Senior Project Consultant to join our Business Consulting team in New Delhi, focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This role is integral to transforming businesses through innovative strategies and robust operational excellence.

This position within EY Consulting supports clients in navigating the evolving TMT landscape, driving value through M&A strategies, and enhancing customer experiences. The role contributes to building a better working world by solving complex strategic problems for our clients.

The focus areas include Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, where you will leverage deep functional expertise to deliver large-scale, multi-year programs.

Key responsibilities include translating business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end service delivery, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Ensure robust controls, compliance, and risk management across finance processes, maintaining essential documentation and SOPs. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, act as a change leader during organizational and technological transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and have between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
