As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and leading end-to-end delivery for finance processes. You will own key finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates to leadership. You will also manage resources effectively across business cycles and transformation initiatives. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while also identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks.

You will drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, procurement, and technology is crucial. Furthermore, you will act as a change leader, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment, and guiding talent development to meet future business needs.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of experience, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
