As a Senior Project Consultant within the TMT Business Consulting PI practice, you will focus on transforming businesses through innovative strategies and technology. This position is based in New Delhi.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, while ensuring robust controls, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, you will spearhead transformation initiatives, standardization, and automation efforts, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

This role also involves people leadership, including coaching, developing high-performing teams, planning staffing, and creating an inclusive, collaborative learning environment. You will act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and have 5-8 years of relevant experience.
