You will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and clear team goals, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with high quality and timeliness. This includes leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, while ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities involve driving simplification, standardization, and automation to improve productivity and customer experience. You will partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effective stakeholder management, building trusted relationships across various departments, and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations are also critical components of this role. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of professional experience, holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Candidates must possess a practical approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful and actionable solutions in a collaborative environment.
