This role is a Senior Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector, as well as CNS, BC, and Finance.

We are looking for experienced professionals to help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, drive agile strategies for growth, and achieve operational excellence. The TMT sector is undergoing rapid transformation, with a constant demand for innovation and evolving business models. We support these companies in enhancing customer and employee experiences, protecting data and brand reputation, and executing M&A strategies to lead future technological advancements.

Our Business Consulting team transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on delivering long-term client value. This includes areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations, tackling complex challenges and large-scale programs.

As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be responsible for converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and team goals, ensuring high-quality, timely service delivery. You will oversee end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, monitoring performance through KPIs and providing transparent updates.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks. This includes maintaining process documentation and identifying/mitigating financial and operational risks.

Key responsibilities also involve driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, using data insights to improve customer experience and partnering on system implementations. Building trusted stakeholder relationships and acting as a change leader during transformations are crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
