The Business Consulting team leverages deep functional expertise across transformation architecture, experience design, business design, and execution to deliver large-scale, multi-year transformation programs. We focus on innovation, strategy, and purpose, working with clients to reimagine their business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve complex operational issues.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting business priorities into clear operating plans, and managing end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios to ensure service levels, quality, and timeliness.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing critical functions like financial close, procure-to-pay operations, order-to-cash cycles, treasury management, and financial planning. Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is paramount.

Furthermore, this role involves managing controls, compliance, and risk, maintaining process documentation, and identifying potential financial and operational risks. You will also drive transformation and operational excellence by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes, and collaborating with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Effective stakeholder and change management are crucial, involving building trusted relationships with various internal and external parties, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader. People leadership, including coaching, developing high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive, collaborative environment, is also a key aspect of this position.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and between 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
