The Business Consulting sub-service line addresses business purpose, model transformation, growth strategies, cost management, and operational challenges.

Drive the successful planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of consulting engagements. Leverage Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery and adaptability to changing requirements. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Oversee program management across multiple workstreams, ensuring coordinated delivery and achievement of milestones. Support structured and scalable transformation programs, with PMP practices and GCC/GBS setup experience being a valuable asset.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is required. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
