We empower TMT organizations to navigate industry convergence, drive agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence while protecting their brand and pursuing value-creating M&A.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of finance processes or portfolios, ensuring service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates. Plan resources effectively across business cycles and transformation initiatives.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Ensure robust controls, compliance with policies, and effective risk management. Maintain process documentation and promote a strong controls culture.

Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement. Embed scalable ways of working and share best practices.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Act as a change leader during organizational and technology transformations. Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Require 5-8 years of professional experience. Ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Demonstrate a practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
