As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements. This includes meticulous planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring successful outcomes. You will leverage Agile methodologies for iterative delivery and adapt to evolving project needs. A core part of your role will involve analyzing client business requirements and translating them into actionable project plans and strategies. You will also manage multiple workstreams within programs, ensuring coordinated delivery and achievement of key milestones. Experience with PMP practices and GCC/GBS setup is beneficial for driving structured transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential. You should demonstrate strong capabilities in collaborating across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is necessary, along with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
