Oversee end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service levels, quality, and accuracy. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A based on expertise.

Implement robust controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business finance, operations, technology, and external partners. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

An MBA is required, complemented by 5-8 years of relevant consulting experience. You should possess a practical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
