As a Senior Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, defining service objectives, and setting team goals. You'll ensure end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios, maintaining high standards of service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities include monitoring operational performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and providing transparent updates. You will also lead finance domains such as Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), Order to Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, support audits, and foster a strong controls and compliance culture.

Furthermore, you will drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively manage stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and act as a change leader. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning for staffing, hiring, and capability development.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We require 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience.
