The Senior Project Consultant role within our TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) Business Consulting practice in New Delhi focuses on helping TMT organizations navigate industry convergence and drive transformation. We assist clients in creating exceptional employee and customer experiences, optimizing operations, and pursuing strategic M&A opportunities to lead future technological advancements.

Drive the successful planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of consulting engagements with a strong emphasis on project management principles.

Utilize Agile methodologies for iterative delivery and proactive adaptation to evolving project needs.

Analyze complex business needs and translate them into clear, actionable project plans.

Oversee program management across multiple workstreams to ensure cohesive delivery and achievement of key milestones.

Leverage expertise in business transformation, finance consulting, and supply chain/operations to deliver strategic solutions and support large-scale programs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is essential.

Demonstrated capability in project planning, execution, tracking, and consulting engagement delivery.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies for iterative project management.

Solid background in business consulting, with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

Proven expertise in program management across multiple workstreams.

Experience with PMP practices and GCC/GBS setup is considered an advantage.

Ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
