This role within Finance Consulting will focus on assessing and transforming finance functions to boost performance and effectiveness. You will support service and cost improvement initiatives, embedding a performance management culture that aligns the business with its core objectives. We also engage in Business Transformation, applying expertise in architecture, design, and execution for large-scale programs, and Supply Chain and Operations to drive fundamental performance improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Plan and manage resources effectively across business cycles and transformation initiatives.

Ensure processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal control frameworks. Maintain robust process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories. Proactively identify financial and operational risks, implementing corrective actions and supporting audits. Foster a strong culture of controls and compliance, balancing governance with business efficiency.

Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity enhancements across your portfolio. Utilize data and process insights to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve customer experience. Collaborate with technology, process owners, and business teams on system implementations, migrations, and continuous improvement programs. Embed scalable ways of working and share best practices.

Build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders including business finance, operations, procurement, sales, tax, legal, technology, banks, vendors, customers, and auditors. Facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, and clearly communicate trade-offs. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and performance expectations. Plan staffing, hiring, onboarding, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Create an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment that supports engagement, retention, and internal mobility.

We are seeking individuals with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
