As a Senior Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence and business planning, converting priorities into clear operating plans and team goals. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance via KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and managing resources across business cycles. You will lead finance domains, ensure compliance with policies and controls, identify risks, and promote a strong control culture. Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement.

You will also manage stakeholder relationships with finance, operations, procurement, and technology teams, facilitating governance reviews and acting as a change leader. People leadership is key, involving coaching, developing, and creating an inclusive environment for your high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
