Lead and manage consulting engagements with a focus on technical excellence, ensuring successful planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Leverage hands-on experience with Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative project delivery and adapt to evolving client needs. Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into robust, actionable project plans. Oversee program management across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination and timely achievement of milestones. Provide strategic guidance and support for large-scale transformation programs, with an advantage for those familiar with PMP practices and GCC/GBS setups.

We are seeking individuals with a strong capability in project and program management, including a proven track record of successful consulting engagement delivery. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of business consulting principles are essential. Candidates should possess demonstrated expertise in analyzing business needs and translating them into executable project plans, with experience managing multiple workstreams to achieve key milestones. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of relevant project management experience.
