This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within the Business Consulting PI division, specializing in TMT, CNS, BC, and Finance, based in New Delhi.

This role involves converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes with high quality and timeliness. You will monitor performance through KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership. Responsibilities include leading finance domains like RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. Additionally, you'll ensure processes comply with policies and regulations, manage risks, and drive simplification and automation. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

To excel in this role, you need a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and 5-8 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across departments, adhere to commercial and legal requirements, and possess a practical, problem-solving approach.
