This role is for a Senior Project Consultant within our Business Consulting practice, focusing on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically within the CNS - BC - FINANCE domain. The TMT industry is undergoing rapid transformation, presenting both opportunities and challenges. We assist TMT companies in enhancing customer and employee experiences, achieving operational excellence, managing risks, and pursuing strategic M&A.

Our Business Consulting team transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, driving long-term value for clients by solving their most strategic problems. This includes areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, supporting complex program and portfolio management.

You will be responsible for converting business priorities into clear operating plans and service objectives, owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes and ensuring service levels, quality, and timeliness. This includes monitoring operational performance, managing resources effectively, and leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A.

Key duties involve ensuring processes comply with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining robust documentation, and identifying financial and operational risks. You will also drive simplification, standardization, and automation, partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building trusted relationships with stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader during transformations are crucial. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, planning staffing and capability development to meet business needs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in consulting or a related field.
