This Senior Project Consultant role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector focuses on Business Consulting, specifically in areas like Performance Improvement (PI), Consulting Business (CNS), and Finance. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, enhance competitiveness, and implement agile growth strategies. Our Business Consulting sub-service line addresses business purpose and model transformation, growth, cost management, regulatory responses, and operational challenges. This includes expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

Your core responsibilities will involve driving technical excellence in project delivery. This includes converting business priorities into clear operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios, and ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

You will monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement action plans, providing transparent updates to leadership. Effective resource planning across business cycles, transitions, and transformation initiatives is crucial. Additionally, you will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing their respective operations and controls.

Ensuring compliance with policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is key. You will maintain robust process documentation and proactively identify, mitigate financial and operational risks, supporting audits. A strong controls and compliance culture is essential, balanced with efficient business outcomes. You will also champion simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements across your portfolio, leveraging data insights to enhance customer experience and partnering on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

Building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders including business finance, operations, technology, vendors, and auditors is vital. You will facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, communicate trade-offs effectively, and drive change management during organizational, process, and technology transformations. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team is a primary focus, ensuring clear accountability, role clarity, and a supportive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of professional experience.
